Texas Warriors Compass empowers combat veterans through camaraderie, peer support, and shared understanding. We help warriors transition back home, fight isolation, and promote mental wellness, including support like service animal placement. Through activities like shooting competitions, hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking, we help veterans rebuild connection, confidence, and honor their warrior spirit.

Our veteran hunts are more than just time in the field—they’re a way to unwind, reconnect, and heal alongside brothers and sisters who’ve been there too. We take care of the planning, logistics, and support so our combat veterans can focus on good company, good food, and the thrill of the hunt.
Apply or Get Nominated
Combat veterans (or their families) fill out a simple form so we can learn a little about their service and needs.
We Handle the Details
Lodging, meals, guides, tags, and gear support are coordinated so the veteran can just show up and relax.
Hunt, Connect, and Reset
Veterans join us in the field for a fully guided hunt, time around the fire, and ongoing support long after the trip ends.

Host guided hunts for white-tail deer, hogs, coyotes, birds, and fishing trips. Fully guided hunts on quality private land, tailored to each veteran and the kind of experience they want in the field.
Cover the details—lodging, meals, guides, land access, and logistics. We handle where they stay, what they eat, and who they hunt with so veterans can just show up and enjoy the trip.
Pair veterans with veterans so they’re surrounded by people who “get it.” We match combat vets with fellow veterans and respectful guides to create a relaxed, judgment-free environment.
Provide a safe, supportive environment to swap stories, laugh, and heal. Time in the blind and around the fire gives veterans space to talk, laugh, and rebuild that sense of brotherhood.
Stay connected after the hunt, keeping relationships and support going year-round. Once the hunt is over, it doesn’t end there. We check in, share photos and memories from the trip, and keep veterans plugged into future events, resources, and a community that continues to stand beside them.

We’re a group of patriots, outdoorsmen, and veterans who believe time in the field can change a life. Our team is made up of people who love this country, respect those who fought for it, and aren’t afraid to get a little mud on their boots to give something back.
We exist for one reason: to serve combat veterans. Through guided hunts, shared campfires, and real conversation, we work to rebuild the camaraderie, purpose, and peace that many warriors miss once the uniform comes off.
Combat Veterans First – Our programs are shaped by men and women who’ve worn the uniform and know what warriors truly need in the field.
Experienced Outdoorsmen & Guides – Seasoned hunters, ranchers, and landowners lead each trip with safety, respect, and ethical hunting at the center.
Family & Community Support – Spouses, families, and local volunteers play a vital role in creating a welcoming, home-style camp environment.
Values Over Everything – Honor, integrity, safety, and stewardship of the land guide every hunt, every conversation, and every decision we make.
